Hong Kong Talent Engage on attracting and retaining talent

We were delighted to meet with the office of Hong Kong Talent Engage last week. Having just established last October, their team has already made impressive strides in attracting talent into Hong Kong, and their efforts on providing talent support services. We had the opportunity to provide insights from the Chamber's perspective on the challenges and best practices for talent attraction and retention in Hong Kong.

Talent is a global race. To attract and retain top talent into Hong Kong, it is of utmost importance to ensure that we offer the best and differentiative packages to them, e.g. living conditions, work-life balance, inclusivity, career growth prospect, etc.

While the Chamber is confident in Hong Kong's future as this small city has so much to offer - if the business community can come together to champion the city and provide the support that top talent is looking for - this city will thrive much further than before.
