6 November 2025 - A Decade of Enforcement: Hong Kong's Competition Landscape in 2025
2025 marks the 10th anniversary of Hong Kong's Competition Ordinance coming into full force. The role of Hong Kong competition law in shaping business strategy and ensuring a level playing field has never been more critical. With the Competition Commission actively pursuing its enforcement priorities and investigating conduct affecting livelihoods, exploiting public funding, and impacting digital markets, it is essential to stay abreast of enforcement trends and regulatory developments.

The session will share first-hand insights into practical implications of recent merger control reviews, enforcement actions and cross-agency collaboration.
Paul McComb, Executive Director of The British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, will do the Opening and Closing of this seminar.
We are honoured to welcome back Rasul Butt, Chief Executive Officer of the Competition Commission as our keynote speaker.
