2025 Annual Survey of Companies in Hong Kong with Parent Companies Located outside Hong Kong

We would like to encourage member companies to participate in the 2025 Annual Survey of Companies in Hong Kong with Parent Companies Located outside Hong Kong.

The Census and Statistics Department (C&SD) is conducting the survey on behalf of Invest Hong Kong.  While C&SD has sent out the questionnaire (see attachment) to sampled companies earlier and the data collection is in progress, we appeal to  member companies who have received C&SD's invitation letter to submit their completed returns on or before 1 August 2025.  They may also opt for submitting their returns online through the dedicated and secured website <https://oqs.censtatd.gov.hk/OQS/Welcome/SCoP>, using the unique activation code provided in C&SD's invitation letter.

Meanwhile, if member companies with parent companies located outside Hong Kong have not received C&SD’s invitation letter but would like to know if they are selected or eligible for the survey, please see the above survey link with them for providing some basic information for C&SD’s follow up.
