2024 Policy Address Submission

Each year, as part of our policy advocacy work, the Chamber submits a paper, ahead of the Policy Address, putting forward the Chamber’s key policy recommendations for the Chief Executive and the administration to consider. With the theme “Hong Kong – Asia’s World City’, this submission puts forth a broad range of policy proposals that aim at promoting and reclaiming Hong Kong’s position as a leading International Trade and Financial Centre, the Superconnector between China and the World, and finally a World-leading International Talent Hub.
