The Summit is again jointly organised by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC). Entering a new decade of the Belt and Road Initiative, the pursuit of multidimensional connectivity and development of an open world economy will continue to be key for the international business community to capture the many opportunities under the latest global landscape. The upcoming Summit will build on the concrete achievement in the past years to explore areas with promising prospects arising from the Initiative, connect potential business partners along the Belt and Road and facilitate concrete partnerships, fully leveraging Hong Kong’s long-established position as an effective commercial platform for Belt and Road opportunities as well as the city’s role as both a “super-connector” and a “super value-adder” for global businesses.
