However, with the current real estate cycle spanning almost a decade, investors have started to look beyond these traditional sectors and into areas in which they can diversify their investment holdings. Join this presentation by Tom Broderick, Senior Manager of Research at JLL Hong Kong, who will share some of the fundamentals driving a select group of alternative asset classes in Hong Kong and potential investment opportunities.
About the speaker
Tom Broderick joined JLL in Hong Kong in August 2018. He is a Senior Manager with the Research Department and provides insights across all property sectors within the Hong Kong team. Tom specialises in writing a range of research publications and thought leadership pieces as well as assisting the business with client-related research activities and consultancy projects. The clients he primarily works with include property developers, fund managers and investment banks. Prior to coming to Hong Kong, Tom worked in research for JLL in Brisbane, Australia, where he was responsible for providing research covering the office, retail and industrial property markets directly to clients. Tom began his career as an urban planner working in both strategic planning and development assessment.
