The Hong Kong Competition Ordinance 3rd Anniversary

The Hong Kong Competition Ordinance 3rd Anniversary

Supported by

Join us for our Competition Ordinance breakfast seminar where we look back at recent developments under Hong Kong’s competition regime and look ahead to what businesses can expect to see from the Competition Commission through the remainder of 2019.

This year we are delighted to have again the current CEO of the Hong Kong Competition Commission, Brent Snyder as our keynote speaker.

This will be followed by a panel discussion where we will be joined by Jindrich Kloub, Executive Director of the Hong Kong Competition Commission, Sandra Marco Colino of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Freshfields partner William Robinson (Head of Asia Dispute Resolution). We very much hope you can join us and participate in what promises to be an informative and lively debate.

This event is jointly hosted by Freshfields and the British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and is accredited with 1 CPD point.
