3rd Cancer Strategy Roundtable 2020 (Webinar will be conducted in Cantonese)

2, 9, 17 November & 1 December 2020, 12:45pm - 1:45pm

Facing formidable challenges presented by Covid-19, ever-increasing waiting time for cancer diagnosis only impedes early detection and timely treatment for patients. As stated in 2019/20 Policy Address, the promulgation of cancer strategy by the Food & Health Bureau for the coming 5 years will not only focus on strengthening the role of Primary Health Care on cancer prevention, but also advance healthcare directives and district health centres.

Advocacy on improvements from cancer prevention, diagnosis and treatment improvements to patient care and peer support are indispensable for driving Hong Kong cancer strategy forward. Therefore, Cancer Strategy Concern Group and Hong Kong Alliance of Patients' Organisation are co-organizing 4 webinars in November and December to gather stakeholders on collaboration and more efficient resource allocation to benefit cancer patients.

If you want to contribute to a better cancer strategy in Hong Kong, join our discussion via ZOOM to share your thoughts to us!
