About the Speaker

Fumbi Chima is Chief Information Officer for Walmart Asia, she provides vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives that align with their objectives. She leads IT strategic and operational planning to achieve Walmart's goals by fostering innovation, prioritising IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the organisation. In 2012, STEM - Women of Color, named Fumbi IT leader of the year and in 2014  MBA Diversity Magazine named her one of the Top 100 under 50 Executives. Fumbi is committed to helping promote more women in technology as well as women of colour.
